Each year, multiple classrooms will represent a country with a “booth” detailing information, crafts and in some delicious food samplings. As you and your children travel around the world be sure to collect a stamp in your passport at each stop of your journey. There will also be many fantastic prizes available in both a raffle and silent auction. We will also be selling food from restaurants in Point Richmond to keep them nurtured throughout their world tour. So make sure you bring your appetite!

We will also have fantastic prizes that you can win in three ways:

  • Buy tickets for the general raffle – we usually have 2-3 great prizes!
  • Buy tickets for the main raffle and you can choose the prizes you can win!
  • Sign up for a variety of auction item offers

This event is driven by both PTA volunteers and the outside businesses that support the fundraising portion of event.  Please reach out to your contacts, businesses and even your local vendors you see every day. If you find someone who would like to donate a product or service (spa services, gift certificates, cash, etc.), please share the donation request letter with them. There is a downloadable donation request letter below to aid both you and your supporter in offering their tax-deductible donation. Please also watch for future student raffle ticket sales.

All children will receive a package of information about the international Fair the week of March 23rd. Please check the backpack. Ticket sales will begin with students the week of March 30th. We also have great prizes for students who sell more tickets.
